Cancellation Policy

Registration & Payment • All services, classes and workshops require advance registration. • Payment is due at the time of sign-up to secure your spot. • Spaces are limited—first come, first stitched. Cancellations & Refunds • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the class may be eligible for studio credit. • Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable, but we’ll do our best to work with you. • No-shows = no refunds. We still love you, but we also love boundaries Class Changes & Cancellations by Us • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to low enrollment, instructor availability, or unforeseen circumstances. • If we cancel, you’ll receive a full refund or credit—your choice.
